Room Upgrade & Return Stay

If all requirements are met, the group leader will receive the following based on how many number of paid and traveled rooms are booked within their group contract:

Group leader(s) will receive the following when booking 10-14 paid and traveled rooms:

• One guaranteed upgrade from lead category to an Elite Ocean View Rooftop King Room OR Captivate Swim-Out King Room
• A return stay credit for two complimentary return nights, valid for 12 months after the original stay, in the originally booked room category, with the purchase of two nights

Group leader(s) will receive the following when booking 15-39 paid and traveled rooms:

• One guaranteed upgrade from lead category to an Elite Ocean View Rooftop King Room OR Captivate Swim-Out King Room
• A return stay credit for two complimentary return nights, valid for 12 months after the original stay, in the originally booked room category, with the purchase of two nights
• One free cabana for the day
• Private cabana for the day (at either the family or adults only pool) includes: Refreshing Facial, Aloe Vera, Cucumber Slices for your eyes, Pool concierge service, Food Menu, 1 Bottle of Bubbles

Group leader(s) will receive the following when booking 40+ paid and traveled rooms:

• One guaranteed upgrade from lead category to an Elite Ocean View Rooftop King Room OR Captivate Swim-Out King Room
• A return stay credit for two complimentary return nights, valid for 12 months after the original stay, in the originally booked room category, with the purchase of two nights
• The choice of two free cabanas for the day OR a 3-hour semi-private event in the Privilege Pool area
• Private cabana for the day (at either the family or adults only pool) includes: Refreshing Facial, Aloe Vera, Cucumber Slices for your eyes, Pool concierge service, Food Menu, 1 Bottle of Bubbles OR
• Semi-private event in the Privilege Pool area includes: 3 hour-standing reception, banquet menu selection (upgrades are available $) for up to 50 guests, designated staff, existing set up. Additional guests will have a surcharge of $15.00USD per person, per event. Privilege Lounge is exclusive to Elite guests, with this exception.

The group leader(s) must stay at the host hotel for a minimum of four paid nights and any social event, if applicable, must take place on property. Social event date must fall within travel window dates. No cash refund will be given in lieu of taking advantage of this offer. Upgrade is for the group leader(s) only and no other person(s) in the room. Any unused nights of the return stay will be forfeited and any additional nights must be paid by the group leader(s). Return stay is applicable for group leader(s) only (max two persons in room), and is valid for 12 months after the original stay, in the originally booked room category, with the purchase of two additional nights required. Group leader(s) will confirm the location of the cabanas (Family Pool or Adults Only Pool) up to fourteen (14) days before arrival with the resort's Groups/Sales team. The maximum number of people per cabana is six. Cabana operational hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Cabana must be reserved by group up to seven (7) days before arrival, locations of Cabanas subject to availability. If the semi-private event is chosen, additional guests will have a surcharge of $15.00 USD per person above 50 guests, per event. If the qualifying tier changes at the time of travel as a result of cancellations and/or complimentary rooms/nights/passengers, the group leader(s) may receive a lower tier OR will be responsible for the difference in cost. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be used towards a future trip or extended beyond the applicable return travel dates. This offer is combinable with any other current promotion, including the ongoing Up to $2,500 off promotion, if applicable. Group leader(s) must book their room reservation within the CTG group contract to receive all promotion benefits and only guest rooms booked within the group will count towards earning this promotion. Any complimentary rooms earned for the group do not count towards the total number rooms required to earn this promotion. Applicable to US residents whose travel originates from US cities only.
